Accessing Admin Controls

When you are logged in as an admin, you can access powerful controls directly on the audience page. The first thing you'll see is the Admin/Audience view toggle in the header. Switching to "Admin" view unlocks all the features listed below.

Karaoke Queue Management

The Admin View gives you full control over the karaoke queue:

• Next Singer: A large button at the top of the queue advances to the next singer, removing them from the top of the list and logging the performance in the Gig Activity Log.
• Manual Reordering: Simply drag and drop singers using the grip handle to manually change the queue order. The new order is saved automatically.
• Remove Singer: Each entry in the queue has a remove button. If the signup was paid, you will be given an option to refund the payment directly via Stripe.
• View Singer Stats: As an admin, you can see how many times each person has signed up and sung during the current gig, helping you manage stage time fairly.

Live Gig Toggles

You don't need to go back to the main admin panel to manage the flow of the night. You can:

• Open/Close Karaoke Signups: Use the toggle button in the header of the Karaoke Queue card to instantly open or close signups.
• Open/Close Song Requests: Similarly, you can toggle song requests on or off from the header of the Requested Songs card.

Admin Menu

The three-dot menu in the header provides quick access to other important areas:

• Dashboard: A quick link back to your main Admin Dashboard.
• Customize: Opens the Live Customization sidebar to adjust branding and logos.
• Custom CSS: Opens the sidebar to add custom styles to the audience page.
• Logout: Securely logs you out of your admin session.
